Belgian Fibers Manufacturing produces fibers for the automotive textiles industry.

Belficar PP fibers are used for textiles in nonwovens for car interiors and exteriors and as binding fiber in all kinds of composites (flax, glass fiber, etc…).

PP has grown strongly as a fiber used in the automotive industry, thanks to its light weight and the optimal balance of mechanical properties. This results in weight saving of the manufactured car, still maintaining all technical specifications.

According to its specific use, the fiber can be modified in different ways:.

  • Lower melting point
  • High UV and/or heat stabilization
  • Flame retardant
  • Non-curling
  • Low shrinkage


We accept colours for orders from 2000kg and upwards.
